Take a clear photo of your entire receipt with your smartphone or camera. Make sure it’s a JPEG, PDF, GIF, or PNG file under 3 MB and make sure it includes these key items:
- Purchase of one (1) Mr & Mrs T 1-liter or larger (any variety) or one (1) Rose’s 12-ounce or larger (any variety)
- Name of Retailer
- Purchase Date & Time
- Purchase made between 5/1/22 - 7/24/22
- Purchase Price
- Receipt Total

- Do not cut or fold your receipts
- Keep your receipt after this upload process, just in case
